Vitaly Vertebny, educator of the Department of General Ecology, Anatomy and Physiology of Plants, within the framework of the Carbon Rhythm project, held a 3-hour training seminar for sciences of the V.L. Komarov Botanical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences on working on a CNHS analyzer. Irina Lyanguzova, a leading researcher, and Irina Drozdova, a senior researcher at the Laboratory of Ecology of Plant Communities, got acquainted with the intricacies of calibration and maintenance of the device, sample preparation for analysis, as well as the features of verification of analysis result.
