Talk at the Summer Space School 2024

On July 31, 2024, in the framework of the Summer Space School 2024, held at the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, a presentation on “Space studies of vegetation cover to assess the impact of global climate change and the carbon cycle” was given by Prof. S.A. Bartalev. The talk was addressed to schoolchildren and students and highlighted the issues related to the use of Earth remote sensing data, including the creation of a system for monitoring of carbon and greenhouse gas flows for the territory of the Russian Federation.
