On September 2, 2022, the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation M. V. Mishustin signed the Decree No. 2515-р on allocation of grants in aid of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, the Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring, and M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University to conduct research as part of implementing a key innovative government project aimed at creating the unified national system for monitoring climatically active substances.
