E.A. Golovatskaya, Director of IMCES SB RAS, Professor of RAS, took part in the II International Forum of Associations and Consortia of Northern Territories, which was held in Tomsk on April 22-24, 2024. Within the framework of the consortium “Global Earth Changes: Climate, Ecology, Quality of Life” E.A. Golovatskaya presented the report “Climate Change and Development of the Monitoring System for Climate Active Gases”. In the report Evgenia A. Golovatskaya told about the general concept of the Key Innovative Project of National Importance “Unified National System for Monitoring of Climatically Active Substances” and dwelled in more detail on the principles and objectives of the consortium “RITM Carbon”.
